WHO WE ARE

More Than a Children's Home

A safe haven built on trust, relationships, and the unwavering belief that every child matters.

Supporting Brighter Futures

At Young Care Hub, we are more than a children’s home, we are a safe haven where children and young people can rebuild trust, rediscover their potential, and grow with the right support around them.

Located in the heart of Hertfordshire and Essex, our homes offer a warm, family-like environment with dedicated, trauma-informed staff who are committed to each young person’s journey.

We believe in relationships that last, voices that are heard, and futures that are built on care, connection, and consistency. Every young person who comes through our doors is met with patience, respect, and genuine commitment to their wellbeing.

OUR PURPOSE

Vision & Mission

“We envision a world where every child, regardless of their past, has the opportunity to thrive in a nurturing and empowering home. Our mission is to provide outstanding residential care where young people feel safe, loved, and supported to overcome adversity. We are committed to helping young people develop emotional resilience, strong identity, and skills for independent living. At Young Care Hub, every decision we make is guided by one simple question: ‘What is best for the child?’

Our Values

Everything we do flows from six core values that shape how we care, connect, and grow together.

Safety

We create environments where young people feel physically and emotionally secure.

Belonging

Every young person deserves to feel like they are genuinely home. Accepted, included, and loved.

Growth

We nurture potential, celebrate progress, and support young people.

Resilience

We help young people develop the emotional strength and skills to face life's challenges with confidence.

Connection

Meaningful relationships are at the heart of everything we do; with young people, families, and communities.

Empowerment

We listen to young people's voices, honour their choices, and help them shape their own futures.
