The people behind Young Care Hub are its heartbeat. Meet some of the team who make it all possible.
With over 20 years in children's residential care, Amy has held senior roles including Registered Manager, Operations Manager, and Responsible Individual. She brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
With almost 30 years in the care sector across every level, Elaine doesn't just work in care; she lives it. She believes knowledge, training, and kindness are the cornerstones of outstanding outcomes for young people.
Working with children since 2009, George has built experience across both school and residential settings. George's approach is centred on building positive relationships and helping them developing the skills and resilience they need.
