FOR PROFESSIONALS

Partnering with Purpose

At Young Care Hub, we understand the trust it takes to place a child in residential care. We take that responsibility seriously, working closely with social workers, commissioners, and local authorities to earn it, every day.

WHAT WE OFFER

Why Choose Young Care Hub?

1

Trauma-Informed, Relationship-Based Care

Our practice is grounded in established trauma-informed frameworks. Every team member is trained to understand the impact of adverse childhood experiences and to respond with sensitivity, consistency, and skill.

2

Qualified & Experienced Staff

Our teams hold or are working towards Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications. Ongoing CPD, regular supervision, and a stable staff structure means young people experience genuine consistency.

3

Education, Life Skills & Emotional Wellbeing

We place education at the centre of every young person's care plan. 92% of young people we support have reintegrated into education, and we actively support emotional and social development alongside academic progress.

4

Transparent Progress & Communication

Open, honest communication with placing authorities is non-negotiable. You will always know how a young person in our care is progressing and you'll hear it from us directly.

5

Flexible Placement Options

We offer emergency, short-term, and long-term placements. Whether you need somewhere safe for tonight or a stable long-term home, we will do our best to help and we'll be honest when a placement isn't the right fit.
