We are currently searching for an OFSTED Registered Manager for our beautiful home located in Hemlington, Middlesborough.
We are looking for candidates with a desire for growth and career progression, this is an exciting opportunity for an existing Deputy Manager or Registered Manager looking for a new challenge. If this sounds like you, our YCH team, including a Responsible Individual, Clinical Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Operational teams and more, will fully support you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Complete OFSTED registration (Performance bonus provided)
· Ensure compliance with regulations, exceeding expectations.
· Plan, develop, and oversee individual therapeutic care plans.
· Foster a positive workplace culture, engaging in team dynamics.
· Provide supervision, mentoring, and liaise with stakeholders for best interests.
· Contribute to service development through collaboration with the senior clinical team.
We are looking for applicants with the following:
· NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent held or in progress.
· OFSTED registration completion.
· 3+ years of management experience in children’s residential care.
· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of child protection, safeguarding, and therapeutic settings.
